40. White, Red, Yellow, and Black coloured Lands are suitable for Preaching, Ruling, Commercial or Cultivators and Serving people respectively.

Types of Vastu plots which are auspicious

1. Deerghayu Vastu – Downward sloping in the North and Northeast Sectors and upward sloping in the South and Southwest Sectors – auspicious Plot and good for prosperity.

2. Gajprishtha – Upward sloping in South, West and Northwest Sectors – auspicious Land.

3. Koorma Prishtha – Upward sloping in Central Sector of the Plot – auspicious Land.

4. Punyaka Vastu – Upward sloping in the West and Southwest Sectors and downward sloping in the East and Northeast Sectors – auspicious Land.

5. Supadha Vastu – Upward sloping in the South and Southeast, and downward sloping in the North and North west Sector – auspicious Plot.

Plots with only downward slope which are auspicious

1. Dhana Veedid – A downward slope in the Northeast. Sector – very auspicious and it gives happiness and prosperity.

2. Dhanya Veedid – A downward slope in the Northwest. Sector- auspicious for Paddy.

3. Gaja Veedhi – A downward slope in the North Sector- auspicious and brings wealth.

4. Goveedid – A downward slope in the East Sector of the Plot – auspicious for Cattle.

Types of plots which are inauspicious

1. Apadha – Downward sloping in the East and Sotheast Sectors and upward sloping in the West and North- west Sector is not good for inhabitants of this house.

2. Argala – Downward sloping in the South and Southeast Sectors and upward sloping in the North and North- east Sectors – gives Brahmahatya Dosha.

3. Brahmagna – Upward sloping in the Southwest, Southeast and Northeast Sectors and down ward sloping in the East and Northwest Sectors – is inauspicious.

4. Daitya Prishtha – Upward sloping in the East, Southeast and North- east Sectors and downward sloping in the West – causes poverty and harmful to progress and cattle.

5. Naga Prishtha – Long Sectors in the East and West and upward sloping in the South and North Sectors – cause early death of Head of the family or his wife.

6. Pitamaha – Upward slope in the East and downward slopes in the west and Northwest Sectors.

7. Rogakrita – Downward sloping in the South and Southeast Sectors and upward sloping in the North and North-west Sectors – causes long illness and diseases.

8. Sandula – Upward sloping in the Northeast Sector and down- ward sloping in the Southeast, Southwest and Northwest Sectors – is inauspicious.

9. Smasana – Upward sloping in the west and Northeast Sectors and downward sloping in the West and Southwest Sectors – family extinction.
