Planet Jupiter-Venus Daśā will end on September 2019. Analysing
Antar- Daśā is little tricky.
2004 was the year when Congress (I) returned to power. That time period was Rāhū-Venus. Rāhū acted as per its own way as usual. Rāhū with Moon (the 5th Lord) in Virgo is favoring. And on the other side Venus is well placed in the 10th house.
Now Venus is in the Antar-Daśā or sub of Jupiter, but Jupiter is not well placed in the Natal-Chart. Also afflicted by Malefics in Navamsha-Chart (D9).
Saturn in Sagittarius extorts influences on Venus where Sun aspects of natal Jupiter. Transiting Jupiter energizes Mercury, and Mars, which gets aspect from transiting Jupiter, is hemmed between Jupiter and Saturn. This combination changes both for the good and bad accompanied by rise in conflict with the authoritative party. Anyway, this is not the point of discussion. Here, another very important point is Saturn transits fourth from the Moon, this blend will help to the party to be in existence.

‘NO’ this will not happen, it will swell up. We could expect a better performance this
time and that could be in gain of 100 to 125 seats in 2019 elections. Congress
(I) will be a strong opposition in next tenure.
