Bath-sacred waters

Y-1a- If the Pisces in the 10^th house, and there is Mars with benefic planet, one gets liberation or moksha.

Y-1b- If Jupiter and a strong Moon are occupying a watery sign in the 10^th house one bathes in the sacred waters of the Ganges.

Y-2- If Jupiter occupies the 10^th house, and Venus occupies its sign of exaltation in any angle, one gets purified by a sacred bath in the Ganges.

Y-3- If Mercury is in the 12^th house, and the lord of the 12^th house is in his sign of exaltation, the native will be purified by enabling him to have the sacred baths in Ganges etc.

Y-4- When Moon is in 3^rd house in a watery sign, and associated with benefic planets, then also he gets benefited by the similar purified effect of bathing in secret waters.

Y-5- If the lord of the 9^th house is in angle, in a watery sign under aspect of benefic the native has sacred baths in the Ganges.

Y-5b- If the planets Jupiter and Mercury or Mercury and Mars jointly are in 10^th, the native constructs, public places & tops of temples etc.

Renovation acts

Y-1- If the lord of the 10^th is in the 10^th, either in Gopur amsa or associated with Mercury, the man engages himself in acts of renovation of old (sacred) places, wells & tanks.

Y-2- He does renovate the sacred places, if the lord of the 10^th is situated in Mridu amsha under benefic aspect & under the aspect of the lord of the 9^th house.

Y-3- If Mercury is in the 10^th & the lord of the 10^th house is in a benefic sign, in the 9^th house, without the influence of malefic, but under the aspect of benefic, the man engages himself in works of public utility.

Y-4- If Mercury is the lord of the 10^th house, & is located in its sign of exaltation or is in the 9^th house, without the influence of Rahu, Ketu and other malefic, the man engages himself in acts of public service.

Y-5- If the lord of the 10^th house is in its sign of exaltation, but is with malefic, & occupies the Navamsa of its sign of debilitation, in the 8^th house, the man meets with obstacles in his acts of public utility.

So also is the result if the lord of the 10^th is located in a malefic Sastiamsa (1/60^th division).

Y-6- If Mercury is in its sign of exaltation & the lord of the 10^th is in its sign of exaltation, and aspected by Mercury, & by any other benefic or is with Mercury & occupying its own sign, the man engages himself in yagyas i.e. religious acts of public utility.

Ruling powers

Y-1- If the lord of the 10^th house is a benefic planet, is under the aspect of a benefic planet, or is in the Navamsa sign of a benefic, the native gets ruling powers.

Orders-quality

Y-1- If the Sun occupies the 10^th house, & is situated with Mars, & the lord of the 10^th house is in an angle, the man passes cruel orders.

Y-2- If the lord of the 10^th house is located with Saturn & the lord of the 8^th house, in a malefic Navamsa or in an angle, the man gives cruel orders.

Y-3- If the lord of the 10^th house is located in an angle & is associated with and aspect by benefic planets & is in the 5^th Sastiamsa (a benefic one), he gives gentle orders.

Y-4- If Rahu and Mandi occupy the 10^th house, or Rahu or Ketu is in 8^th & the lord of the 9^th house is occupying its sign of debilitation, the native passes cruel orders.
