My Healing Advice : All problems are there as we have a pattern that things should happen as we desire – example : even when we do not get a token standing in a line – we curse/get angry at the ticket giver (his slow speed ) and then ourselves for not being early -then the thought keeps coming and reminding of the failure . The anger – the pain of failure keeps coming up – does it serve any purpose ?. There is no failure but we label our acts – thoughts have to be controlled – easy said but think —– – past and future are waste thoughts.
