The environment also affects this process. Clearing a desk, organising a room or completing one unfinished responsibility creates a visible sign that movement has begun. Physical order can reduce mental load and make the next decision feel more manageable.
Forgiveness may also play a role, though forgiveness does not always mean approval or reconciliation. Sometimes it simply means refusing to carry the same emotional burden into every new day.
Today’s energy encourages a return to balance. Release what has completed its lesson, revisit what deserves another attempt and allow a wiser response to become the beginning of a different result.
