14. Give sindoor for 27 Tuesdays in a holy place.
15. Do not walk bare foot on red floor.
16. Put 7 grains of wheat, 7 grains of massoor dal, and red stone with sindoor on it in a red cloth and throw it on Tuesday in the running water.
17. Do not give red coloured articles on Tuesday to your near and dear ones.
18. Take medicine bath with Mars related medicines on Tuesday.
19. Use deer skin.
20. Distribute sweet tandoor chapattis.
Mercury
Mercury is said to be malefic if it is aspected or is associated with malefic planets or is situated in 4th, 6th, 8th or 12th house.
Remedies to be performed for benefic Mercury are as follows:
1. Wear emerald ring or locket on Wednesday in little finger after purifying it with gangajal and milk. Mantra of Mercury is `Om boom budhaya namah’.
2. Wear and use green clothes.
3. Plant banana tree on Wednesday at home.
4. Plant money-plant or green plants at home.
5. Use moong dal for 27 Wednesday.
6. Walk bare foot on green grass.
7. Do business of Mercury related articles. They arer: silver, gold, elephant tooth, ready-made garments, oil, fruits, vegetables, poultry etc.
8. Nail four bronze nails in the four corners of the bed or house.
9. Wear three, six or fourteen faced Rudraksha.
10. Perform puja of Lord Vishnu.
